If you are  a collector of vintage cameras and related equpment, the Mansfileld Report Model 650 8mm Action Editor may be the one that you are seaching. The Mansfield Butt Film Splicer and two plastic reels are included. I had this  editor and splicer and it servec me well. It is generally in good shape but please see the scans and judge for yourself to determine if this is the camera for you.
