    Vintage  Eastman Kodak Model B-16 Cine  Kodak 8 mm Editing Viewer wSplicer also Made by Kodakl. Condition is "Pre-owned." Powers on and bulb does not work (Bulb did come on for a few seconds ,but does not come on now ).Both units had elastic bands around them ,these deteriorated and melted on some of the  units (Can be cleaned off ) .but is untested due to lack of 8 mm film. Shipped with Standard Shipping.
