    Vintage  Bell & Howell 16mm Film Viewer/Editor.
    Good  working condition, with one exception....splicer appears inoperative. When I use this unit for splicing film, I use my “outboard” hot  splicer (not included). This unit is very heavy duty. Comes in astrong wooden box. Latches and hinges in good working order. 2000ft  reel capacity. Includes steel arms that attach rewinds to viewer. Shutter and light work in viewer.  See pictures (film/reels pictured  are not included). U.S. Military issue. This portable unit was used  in the field to edit reconnaissance film.
