Vintage - 8mm & 16mm Craig Jr Splicer

Vintage - 8mm & 16mm Craig Jr Splicer.
This a basic splicer made by the Craig Movie Supply Company.  This was in my dad's film working set of various tools and gadgets.  I have no idea how to work it, so I hope to find a good home for it.  It also has a small instruction page that was folded up inside the cavity on the bottom.  Sorry, didn't take a shot of it for you to look at.
