    Description

CORONA SUPER EDITOR -- 8mm Editing/Viewing/Splicing Deck. Real wood and crackle-finish gun-metal steel. This unit had a new bulb.the off/on switch works good, it has a spliced on plug at the end of the cord (see pic).and is a wonderful conversation piece.  It's a manual-crank editor without sprockets; hence it can be used to view both regular 8mm AND Super-8 film. The light, which is transferred from the bulb to the viewing screen by way of mirrors becomes dim at the screen not sure how well pictures can be seen. People look at these things and laugh -- BEFORE they find a stash of old home movies in grandma's closet and realize that they can't really tell what's on them by holding the film up to the light. They had the best intention of taking the films to the local Wal-Mart and having them converted to DVD or something they can actually watch -- but first they'd like to know if there's anything on there that's worth keeping. Well, here's how you find out. Slap the film on this thing, start cranking, and your work is done. And, when you're not using it anymore, it looks as cool sitting on the foyer table as any 1920s sewing machine does. Please note that this item is being sold as is with no returns.
