Very Old Neumade Film Measuring Machine Model HM-5 S

Description

Old Neumade film measuring machine model number HM-5 S. I don't know how it works so I can't try it out. The rotating wheel between the two chrome color arms rotates and turns the counter shaft and does move the number wheel. When I turned the wing nut on the top left the numbers did turn to zero. It will probably need to be cleaned and lubricated at a minimum. I make no guarantees to the proper operation and it is being sold as is.
