    Description

    Standardyne S-27 antique radio receiver. TRF design. Used battery packs for power. Manufactured in 1927 by the Standard Radio Corp., 41 Jackson Street. Worcester, Mass. Wooden case with metal front. Uses six UX201A tubes (not included) but available online, if desired. Missing one gridleak resistor. Includes rare original Operator's Manual plus additional notes. Great display item and conversational piece. Display it. Restore it. Gift it. Good condition for age. Measures about 20 inches wide by 8.5 inches high and 9.75 inches front to back.
