Description

Stanco 16mm/8mm cement film automatic hot splicer (quantity is two splicers).  These are motorized to scrape the film -- used with film cement -- hot splicers -- cement dries quickly.  Worked when removed from service quite a few years ago.  The black splicer seems to work as designed.  The green splicer continues to run after scraping the film.  Seems like it may be a stuck or broken switch.  So, the black works as intended.  The green will need some adjusting to work as designed.  Heavy machines.  Ask questions before bidding.  Make offer.  Thanks for looking.
