Schneider Kreuznach Componon-S 4/80 f/4 80mm Enlarger Lens w/M39 Ring and Board

Up for your consideration is a used Schneider Kreuznach Componon-S 80mm f/4 Enlarging Lens.  It comes with a genuine/matching front cap, a matching 39x1mm (M39) threaded retaining ring (which also has three mounting holes if you intend to install it on another lens board) and a mounting plate / lens board for an enlarger (unsure of which type/model, perhaps an Omega? In any case, the outer diameter is almost exactly four inches (4") / 101.6mm - I'll let you do some pixel math from there to gauge the separation of the mounting holes).
The optics are clean and clear inside and out.  There are minor scratches and scuffs and other minor blemishes on the body of the lens and on the mount plate.  It has been used/tested as a macro lens on my A7 II where it performed excellently (almost an apochromatic performance, very little CA, very flat field, very sharp from edge-to-edge wide open, well-centered).
I'll be packing this with bubble-wrap, foam insulation, and cardboard.  I'll also be wrapping the lens in plastic wrap prior to other packaging (my packaging materials are not dust-free or debris-free).
