    This is a 135mm f4.5 Rodenstock Omegaron enlarging lens, suitable for medium and 4X5 formats. Threaded for 50mm.  It's missing the retaining ring, so your lens board should be threaded for 50mm as well.
    The lens has some interior dust and cleaning marks, neither of which should affect image quality.  Clean blades.  Priced to sell.
