Our washable isolation gowns are made from Odyssey® Fabric, a durable woven polyester fabric (300 denier) and a clear coating on the inside. The gown is open in the back with 2 fabric ties, and elastic cuffs. Gowns are machine washable and dryer safe.
Fabric Specs: The manufacturer of Odyssey® Fabric has certified that it meets requirements for use as PPE gowns in healthcare facilities, passing Levels 1, 2 & 3 of AAMI PB70:2012 Liquid Barrier Performance, which is recognized by the FDA, pursuant to testing standards outlined in ASTM F2407

SugarHouse Health is now producing and selling reusable isolation gowns. The gowns are made from Odyssey® Fabric, a durable woven polyester fabric (300 denier), and a clear coating on the inside. The manufacturer of Odyssey® Fabric has certified that it meets requirements for use as PPE gowns in healthcare facilities.
Gowns are open in the back with two fabric ties and elastic cuffs. They come in three different sizes: medium, large, and extra-large.
According to the FDA, there is currently a shortage of PPE gowns. A lot of hospitals in the U.S. have generally used single-use gowns. However, with the shortage, there is a need for reusable gowns. Our gowns are machine washable and dryer safe so you can reuse many times and won’t have to worry about replacing after one use. You can also spray and wipe down the gown in between washes.
There are many different types of isolation gowns with varying protection levels. Our gowns pass Levels 1, 2 & 3 of AAMI PB70:2012 Liquid Barrier Performance, which is recognized by the FDA, pursuant to testing standards outlined in ASTM F2407.
