Each week I bring you vintage early radio items. I have been collecting radios, phonographs, and music boxes for 47 years, and always have something interesting for sale. Here up for bid is this unusual early 1920's Deforest three tube radio receiver. The radio is made up of all Deforest parts. It has weighted Interpanel tuning condensers. The oak case looks like a Deforest Interpanel, with Deforest Wireless tag on top. The bakelite front panel has no cracks or chips. The original audios both test good. Comes with the three coils shown. The radio comes with three display type O1A tubes. The radio measures 27.75 inches long, 7.5 inches tall, and 8 inches deep. Very unusual.
