Catozzo 16MM Film Splicer, single perf, straight and angled cutter, very ugly

For sale is this Catozzo 16mm film splicer for tape splicing, not cement splicing. It has the two blades that cut the tape to the width of the film, and three perforation shaped cutters to cut the tape to the perforations. This cuts single perf film, but I watched some Youtube videos about it and it looks like people just flip the film over and punch the other perforations out if using double perf film. This film splicer is being sold as-is, for parts. It's definitely missing the handle, and maybe other parts. It's dirty, and has corrosion. The actual cutting mechanism and blades/punches move correctly, though tightly. If you're handy, you could probably clean this tool up, make a replacement handle, and have a nice film splicer.
