    LEO CATOZZO 16MM GUILLOTINE SPLICER
    Stamped for Arriflex, Munich
    An unusual vintage Italian 16MM guillotine film splicer, manufactured by Catozzo for Arriflex. It's been tested and is fully functional.
    I'm not sure of the manufacture date or model number, but it features machined aluminum components, except for the thick plastic operating handle. For straight cuts. Comes with 5 rolls of splicing tape (2 picture, 3 sound). Note: the unit has been in storage for decades. I chopped away on several pieces of light-struck film leader for testing purposes. The splicer works smoothly; the tape isn't brittle and adheres well.
