Antique Vintage Oriental Chinese Silver* Dragon w/ Black Onyx Stones - Bracelet

This is a very cool and unique piece! There are only a couple on eBay from what I have gathered. I do NOT know much about this piece. It appears to be some purity of Silver but it is unmarked (probably due to the age of the item), but I simply do not know for sure. It has a screw latch that allows the wearer to place it on the wrist. Not sure what the eyes are made of...
There are a couple a places where the numbers "16" or either "76" were inscribed on inside of the band. . . The clearest place to see this is to zoom in in the pic showing the underside of the tail and you can see the marking on the stem/spine. I've read this is from around 1900 AD.. but I dont know.
