    ANTIQUE
    HIGH AGED AND ORIGINAL USED LOVELY GILT SILVER BRACELET WITH BIRDS,
    TURQUOISE AND CARNELIAN INLAYS
    FROM NEPAL, NEWARI COMMUNITY.
    EX VIENNA PRIVATE COLLECTION, collected 1980/90ies in Kathmandu.
    This TOP SUPERB HIGH AGED AND ORIGINAL USED BRACELET consists of thickly gilt hollow silver and shows a great roundish shape with open ends.
    The surface shows a great floral to geometric repousse pattern.
    The open ends show two wonderful bird figures with turquoise inlaid eyes and carnelian inlaid wings, aboce a row with more round turquoise inlays
    ( three or four missing).
    The back of one bird shows an additional drop shaped carnelian inlay.
    Allover a wonderful smooth soft shiny original high age patina, some encrustations !!!
    Condition: superb high aged and longtime used original CONDITION, wonderful darkened high age patina, excellent signs of high age
    and original ritual use.
    Age: 19th to early 20th century.
    Size: Maximum outer diameter 8.5 cm. Inner Diameter 6.5 cm.
